Effective January 5th, 2008, we will be opening for Sunday classes!!!

Happy new year guys!   Commencing this coming Sunday, February 5th, we will be adding a NEW class to our schedule. 

The gym will be open from 12:00pm to 2:00pm for FUNDAMENTAL DRILLS & OPEN MAT.  The drills portion (one hour) of the class has been added to provide students with the opportunity to practice and build on some of the lessons taught throughout the week.  An open mat session (one hour) will immediately follow the FUNDAMENTAL DRILLS.

PS- Bring your Gi.

This class is open to existing TEAM ASCENSION members only.  New students are welcome to visit us during our Beginners classes during the week to try out an inital free class.  Please feel free to call us to arrange your trial.
